 Located close to the centre of the small town of Thurso, this is an excellent base for exploring the North Coast. Formerly a coaching inn this hotel has been upgraded and enlarged but still retains its charm from days gone by.
Situated in the town centre all amenities including an interesting selection of shops are within easy walking distance. There is a ferry service from John O'Groates to Orkney which only takes 45 minutes allowing a full day to explore the isles in Orkney. The North Coast of Scotland is an almost untouched paradise with miles of white sandy beaches contrasting with the craggy headlands and the dramatic cliffs you would expect.
