 We are situated in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside just 15 minutes from atmospheric Lacock Abbey, where part of 'Harry Potter' was filmed in this perfectly preserved National Trust village.
The Old Manor is situated in quiet coutryside on the outskirts of Bradford-on-Avon, approximately 8 miles or two short stops on the train from Bath. It is a perfect base for visiting Bath or touring the Cotswolds and surrounding Wiltshire countryside. Within easy reach are Stonehenge, Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Longleat, Lacock, Street Designer Factory outlet, Stourhead, Salisbury, Avebury and Bowood House. If you feel sporty we have horse riding, golf, tennis, and swimming all within easy reach. The Old Manor is a grade 2 listed country house with an attractive courtyard development derived from old farm buildings. All rooms are ensuite and filled with character and antiques. There are four posters, half testers or character beds in every room, all with the comfortable modern mattresses. Four supberb luxury suites have recently been added in the old stable block. We have an excellent restaurant which serves a Table D'Hote menu at 21.00 per head, bar snacks are also available. The hotel has been featured in the prestigious 'Which?' hotel guide since 1993 and is a former winner of the 'Destination Britain Best Hotel Award'.
