Open to both residents and non-residents the hotel, an elegant Georgian mansion, is registered with the AA, Heart of England Tourist Board and ABTA. Grade II listed and built in 1805 it is set in fifteen acres of the most beautiful parkland, and was once owned by the Duke of Portland. The relaxing Lounge Bar and the Restaurant are in the front of the building on the ground floor overlooking the park. The Restaurant offers a wide range of high quality traditional English cuisine, and is well placed for a private business lunch, a friendly meal with family or friends or just a quiet dinner for two. The hotel offers live entertainment by way of a disco, jazz group or a musical cabaret to accompany your evening meal at weekends.
