The hotels function facility is extensive, catering for business meetings or banqueting parties for up to 120 guests. Audio-visual equipment can be provided on prior request, as can secretarial services. At present there are 31 ensuite bedrooms, however an extension is under way to increase this to 39. The comfortable public areas include the attractive Thames bar and restaurant. The Ship Hotel has a friendly atmosphere and the staff aim to make all guests feel completely at home.
