Mike and Jean Lee, natives of Britain, settled in Barbotan les Thermes to open a real haven of peace reminding of their many travels around the world. You will have a total change of scenery in the 16 bedrooms including 5 refinely decorated theme rooms. For a night you will travel to Africa, India, Portugal, Asia or the Middle-East. As for eating, Your meals will taste different. Mike offers local produce cooked with worldwide flavors. You will thus be able to try fresh duck liver fried with caramelized chicory, guinea fowl filet with dates and walnuts, Tandoori red mullet with Kashmiri rice and many other fine dishes.
