 The Golden Hill is located 3.5 miles west of Omagh, on a magnificent hilltop site with panoramic views. Near to Cavanacaw Gold Mine, where gold is now produced for the manufacture of Irish Gold jewellery.
The Golden Hill is a purpose-built licensed guesthouse with 5 spacious ensuite guest bedrooms, offering all modern facilities, (TV, Tea Making etc.). Twin, double and family rooms are available. For Families with young children we can provide a cot, highchair, toys etc. Your hosts at the Goldenhill are Joyce and Billy Donnelly. Having lived abroad ourselves for many years, we know how it feels to be a stranger in a foreign country. Our aim is to make all our guests feel at home and to ensure that your stay with us is a pleasant and memorable experience. Joyce was born locally and can provide background information on local places of interest and attractions. We will be happy to help you plan your stay in the area and advise you on tour routes, local sites etc. We both speak fluent German and also a little French and Italian so communication with our European guests is never a problem.
