The Airlie is a totally Non Smoking establishment personally run by Peter and Fiona Flynn. We offer a warm welcome, clean comfortable rooms and a good hearty breakfast at reasonable prices.
We are located 1.25 miles south of Princes Street on the main A701, only 3 miles from the City by-pass. An excellent bus service operates to most areas of the city. Take the worry out of parking by leaving your car in our large private car park.
Each of our bedrooms has a colour television with satellite, tea/coffee making facilities, wash basin and adjustable central heating.
Most of our rooms have en-suite facilities.
Located within a five minute walk is the Royal Commonwealth Swimming Pool and Leisure Centre. Also Holyrood Park with Arthur's Seat - a challenging walk but worth it for the view.
Our aim is to make your stay in Edinburgh as memorable and enjoyable as possible.
