The Haven is an eighteenth century stone cottage situated about 7 miles from Church Stretton in the south and Shrewsbury in the north. Frodesley is a small village with a church and one public house, and The Haven is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village surrounded by its gardens and backing onto fields. We are happy for our guests to use part of the garden for their leisure. Parking is off road next to the house.
| Our home is totally non smoking, and we are unable to accept pets, or small children.
We have two rooms to let. |

We offer the use of a sitting / dining room with colour television video and radio.
All rooms are centrally heated. We also have a self contained holiday cottage which can be adapted for family use when unoccupied. Please see our website www.cottageguide.co.uk/the-haven for details of our holiday cottage. |
There are many quiet secluded villages, some with interesting churches in the locality.
The South Shropshire hills are a feature of the area and are ideal for gentle, or more strenuous walks.
There are also market towns worth visiting such as Ludlow, Much Wenlock, Oswestry and Bridgnorth.
Ironbridge with its world famous museums of the industrial revolution is a 30 minute drive away.
The village pub serves meals. There are several other reasonably priced eating places within a 10 minute drive; more exotic menus are available in Shrewsbury and Church Stretton.
| Directions from Shrewsbury: Take the A49 south, sign posted Leominster, continue through Bayston Hill and Dorrington.
